La Voix des Femmes (The Voice of Women) is a non-profit organization striving for gender equality. Our goal is to develop and uphold standards of equality, and create an environment in which every woman and girl can exercise their human rights. We work with women and girls in rural areas and cities where access to communication tools can be limited. By working with this group, we ensure every woman and girl has an opportunity for their voice to be heard by digitally connecting them to the world. To achieve this, we use the power of storytelling to tell empowering dignified stories.
Our mission is to amplify the voice of women to overcome challenges such as inequalities, injustices, discrimination, and advocate against all types of violence and struggle women encounter in their everyday life.
We achieve this by strengthening the capacity of minority women through the use of different skills and tools, such as:
La Voix des Femmes (The Voice of Women) was founded in 2017 by women and for women. We believe women have the right to experience a life free from poverty, violence, exclusion, and discrimination. Our vision is to create a world where every woman is empowered and equipped to fulfill her own unique purpose.
